7 Celebrities you won't believe they are Muslims

1. Janet Jackson

 Janet Jackson converted to Islam after divorcing and marrying her third husband Wissam al Mana, and would spends much of her time in Qatar being a doting wife as a true muslim .

 

2. Snoop Dog:

 

Snoop Dogg converted to Islam in 2009 and has since then being in the Rastafari movement also.

 

3. Mohammed Ali

This noble man was born to a Baptist mother and Methodist father,

Mohammed Ali was one of the first Americans to ever be identified as Islam. Just days before Ali would defeat Sonny Liston and become heavyweight champion of the world, he joined the “Black Muslims” led by Malcolm X and started to pay more attention to his newly found faith.

Do you know that the heavy weight Boxer own a pet tiger that knocked his teeth out. Mike Tyson converted to Islam back in 1992.

 

5. Jermaine Jackson

Jermaine is not a very famous person among the Jackson Family. He converted to Islam back in 1989 after a trip to Bahrain. He ended up marrying an Afghan woman and has embraced his faith ever since. He claims he found the answers he had been looking for that Christianity never gave him.

 

6. Ice Cube

Ice Cube’s real name is O’Shea Jackson and he converted to Islam back in the early 90s when he was just coming on to the rap scene. He doesn't take his faith likely and he wrote the following about his faith, “I mean, what I call myself is a natural Muslim, ’cause it’s just me and God.”

 

7. Busta Rhymes:

This is another well known rapper who converted to Islam, but he got into a little bit of trouble with British and American Muslims when he put out the song, which some called downright flippant, “Arab Money.” A DJ was actually fired when he played this particularly track on the air.
