On Wednesday in Ebute-Ojo area of Ojo local government area of Lagos state, A boat carrying some students capsized resulting in the death of about six students while eight of them, including the driver were rescued. All the bodies had been recovered by Thursday morning.
The boat on this fateful day was hit by a bunkering culprit who was being chased by Naval Officers on the sea.
The boat driver, reportedly hit the boat with the school children and it turned over, resulting in the death of the six children, and it sped off when it was obvious that he had done something wrong.
